This page will show "No Claims" if you have not authenticated. Click "Log On" and it will then show your claims.

If you click the "Manage Profile" link after logged in on the top nav it will perform the IDProofing logic as appropriate. If you have already proofed and within the timeframe, you will only see your claims. If you have not, you will be redirected to the IDProofing application.
